Reading

On one of our walks to the beach, we stopped by the bookstore to have a look around.  We found this book “Stories for Boys” that matches Ellie’s “Stories for Girls” book.  As I was making dinner, I looked around the corner to see Cooper quietly looking at his new book.

Climbing / Hanging

Every time Cooper went out in the back garden to play he would go to the pole.  He had watched Ellie climb up and hang and he wanted to try.  He couldn’t climb up, but he kept trying.   Then I picked him up and he held on.  I couldn’t believe it.  This is where the idea for the “Don’t leave the boys alone” Picture.

Boy’s Time

When the girls were on holiday, Cooper and I enjoyed our time together.  Ok, maybe I did more than Cooper.  He found a girlfriend at the playground that pushed him on the swing and bossed him around just like Ellie does.  He played with her 3 or 4 times while the girls were away.

New Hat

Cooper is enjoying his new hat.  I found him early one morning playing in Ellie’s room with his hat on.

Coop

Cooper has plenty of nicknames and will answer or not answer to all of them.  Ellie came up with this idea and not only didn’t he mind, he went the day with his name on the back of his shirt.  He really puts up with a lot from her.

Ellie took this nice photo of Cooper and I.
