Cooper’s Favorite Things

Cooper’s overall favorite things: Olaf, jumping off things, swimming, and talking. Favorite foods: juice, corn muffins, breakfast.    He will only take showers with his goggles on!

Treasure Hunt

We went over to our friend’s house and found out they had set up a treasure hunt for the kids.  They had to stay together and follow the treasure map all around the property.  Once they found the “X” they had to dig to find the buried treasure.  They had such a great time!

Treasures

Cooper has followed in Ellie's footsteps and collects many special items.  This was his favourite from the playground.  A special piece on wood bark that had blue on one side of it.

Good Night Cooper

Cooper has found that he can extend his night time actives by sitting quietly in bed with his torch and a book or his leapfrog computer.

Shelf Project

Cooper and Ellie couldn’t wait to help me build an additional shelf unit for the garage.  Ellie was the DJ, picking out sounds for Cooper and I to work too.  Cooper grabbed his hammer and started testing the shelf.  Then there was an impromptu doll show before the shelves could be placed in the frame.

Guy Fawkes celebrations (Fireworks!)

The kids were so excited to watch some fireworks and this year was even better with S’mores.  They each help sparklers and cooper was amazed to see the bigger ones.  Ellie then did a fire stick dance with the other older girls. (Basically, they left their sticks in the fire long enough that they started to burn at the tip then danced around. Yes, they were away from everything and everyone.)
